Инновационный аспект и основные преимущества
Новая технология имеет следующие преимущества: сокращение длины сердечника статора и ротора (экономятся динамная сталь, медь обмотки статора, конструкционная сталь), применяется сплав на основе медного лома для обмотки ротора, который демпфирует шум и уменьшает вибрации.
Область применения ВАД – привод машин и механизмов во взрывоопасных производствах угольной, химической, нефтяной, нефтеперерабатывающей, сланцевой, криогенной и других отраслях промышленности.
Description
For the first time in the Ukraine was created the innovative technology for manufacture of rotors with the die-cast copper cage destined to the explosion-proof induction motors (EPIMs) rated from 1.1 kW up to 400 kW inclusive.
– an increase in the output power and overloading ability of EPIMs by factors of 1.3 to 1.7 ;
– an increase in the efficiency in the range from 1.5 to 3 %;
– an increase in the reliability indices by factors of 1.5 to 2.5;
– a decrease in the acoustic pressure level in the range from 15 to 20 dB;
– stability of operating conditions under stochastic loading including the frequent startings (up to 160 h-1).

Innovative Aspects and Main Advantages
The distinguishing feature of technology in manufacturing the rotors for EPIMs is connected with application of the alloy with the heightened conductivity in range from 58.5 to 60 MSm/m and the following casting and mechanical properties:
– fluidity limit equal to 57 MPa;
– rupture strength equal to 214 Mpa;
– relative lengthening equal to 48 %;
– contraction equal to 50 %.
The alloy being used possesses the certain damping property providing a decrease in the level of vibration and acoustic noise. For instance, the level of the sound pressure in the audio frequency band, in the case of the EPIM type ЭKB3,5-90 (90 kW, 660/1140 V) meant for driving the coal cutter-loader type K-103M, was lowered by 21 dB.
The used alternative and appropriate technology was undergone by experts examination and coordinated with the Regional sanitary epidemiological station of Lugansk (the Ukraine) and the State inspection of the environmental protection and natural resources (Russia, Tatarstan, Almetyevsk).
Economical effect, in the special case that the annual production of the EPIM with the die-cast copper squirrel cage will be equals 4.000 units, makes up about €
Elaboration is protected by the Ukrainian patents. The patent no.27993 is awarded to the Diploma of the State Department of the intellectual property for the first place at the Ukrainian contest on “The best invention of the 2001 year” (nomination: “Energetics”).
The advanced technology offers the fallowing advantages: contraction of the stator and rotor cores that results in a lowering of the active and structural steel; utilization of the alloy (on the base of the waste copper) damping the acoustic noise and lowering the vibration.

Explosion-proof IMs can used for driving the machines and machinery operating under highly inflammable conditions I the coal, chemical, oil, oil-refining, oil-shales, cryogenic and other industry branches.
